  • Customized or embroidered items are non-returnable, unless they arrive with defects or errors caused by us.

  2. Photo(s) of the item and the issue

  3. Description of the problem

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

  • We may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the situation.

  • In most cases, you won’t need to return the item if the issue is confirmed with photo evidence.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/customized/embroidered products (unless defective)
